We consult on processes in any Industry as well as conduct personal coaching for your leaders, all aimed at world-class performance. We also conduct due diligence analysis.
Our engagements begin with a discussion about you and your needs, followed by an Assessment of your current state during a site visit. Depending on your defined scope, the site visit will last from four hours to five days. This assessment pulls no punches and provides the absolute truth about what’s really happening and provides the context of what our experience tells us is possible. Our report out will include strategies for next steps as well as our view of what is possible to achieve within the next 90 and 180 days. Click here to view a sample.
Depending on our recommendations and your needs, you may choose to conduct a Strategic Planning Session to develop a Hoshin plan for deployment through your organization, or you may choose to conduct a Value Stream Mapping and Analysis Workshop for your key people. In some cases, urgency requires that we begin the transformation immediately, and we will schedule a Rapid Improvement Workshop within two weeks of the assessment.
Regardless of your first steps, every activity from this point forward has the dual purpose of getting positive Bottom-line Results, and teaching your workforce how to analyze and improve the processes they own.
