In this three-day workshop, we will explore practical ways to create a greener workplace and how lean thinking and lean tools not only make this a planet-friendly organization, but also a more profitable one.
Target Audience
This workshop is designed for trainers and change agents, human resources managers, and operations leaders.
Objectives and Outcomes
- Develop as system for measuring and tracking the carbon footprint of the organization
- Conduct an analysis on the toxins used in the workplace, and make a dispensation plan to reduce the toxins in the workplace
- Discuss environmental stewardship from a community perspective and from a financial perspective
- Describe how lean restructuring has a positive impact on the environment
